Care Guide
To ensure the longevity of your purchased print, it’s essential to note that all our prints are carefully crafted on high-quality fine art paper and canvas.
ON IMMEDIATELY RECEIVING YOUR PRINTS
ROLLED PRINTS:
After receiving your prints in our tubes, gently remove them, taking care not to touch the printed area. Use the corners or the back of the print to handle it. Lay the prints on a flat surface and allow them to naturally flatten out, smoothing any minor creases that may have occurred during shipping.
FRAMED PRINTS:
Rest assured, we take great care in packing your framed prints to guarantee their safety during transport. When you receive the framed prints, gently remove the packing materials. We strongly recommend cleaning your hands with soap or wearing clean gloves before handling the art, ensuring its pristine condition.

Handling and Placing Your Prints
- PROTECT YOUR PRINTS
Refrain from touching the printed area whenever possible. To prevent smudging and creases, consider using gloves when handling the prints, ensuring their pristine condition.
- MIND THE SURROUNDING OF YOUR PRINT
The environment where your print resides plays a crucial role in safeguarding its quality and longevity.
- LIGHT – Make sure to keep your art away from direct sunlight (especially south facing light) , avoiding this might lead to yellowing of your print (This does not apply for laminated / framed prints)
- HUMIDITY – Maintain a relative humidity between 35 and 55%; if humidity is too high the print can be damaged by mold or insects, but if it’s too low the paper can become brittle.
- TEMPERATURE – keep prints in a cool environment. Don’t hang prints near areas that get too hot or cold, like radiators, or air-conditioners. Warm or moist conditions accelerate deterioration and encourage mold growth and insect activity.
-
POLLUTION – Keep away from dust, dirt and other pollutants for the best protection. Light dust can be brushed away with a clean dry cloth.
